Instructions for using our FTP site…

Request a user name & password from Smarter Media

· Click here or open your web browser and type: ftp://smartermediaok.com/

You will get a login box.
User:
Password:

· You should see a list of folders. In Internet Explorer, you should go to “Page” and select “Open in Windows Explorer” to make it easier to work with the files.

· Please create a new folder on the FTP site with your company/project name

· You can now “drag & drop” your files into the new folder

· It will take several minutes to download all the files depending on file size and your Internet connection speed.

· When finished, you can see your files in the new folder.

Alternative method for FTP access…

· Using MS Windows, go to “My Computer” and enter: ftp://smartermediaok.com

· Follow the login instructions and other steps above
